Neal Lohmann (Co-Founder and Managing Director):


Neal has 25+ years’ experience in enterprise and business architecture, business process management, re-engineering, strategy development and execution, Six Sigma, and program management. Before CoVis, Neal led the Business Transformation Practices team at Metastorm (acquired by Open Text), a market leader in the Business Process Management, Enterprise and Business Architecture Software vertical. Before Metastorm, Neal was Vice President of Business Transformation at MetLife. Neal’s focus was on the creation of an internal consulting organization, which led strategic planning, business architecture, process design and program management programs used to transform the business. Before MetLife, Neal worked for both Citigroup and JP Morgan where he led numerous transformation improvement initiatives.

Andrew Padova (Co-Founder and Managing Director):

Andrew has 20+ years’ industry experience executing leadership roles within Management Consulting, Enterprise Software, Software as a Service, and Managed Services organizations.  Andrew’s broad and deep solution experiences cut across strategy development, business process reengineering, business process management, business process outsourcing, system integration, enterprise and business architecture disciplines. Prior to CoVis, Andrew managed solution sales for the Financial Services and Insurance vertical at Metastorm (acquired by OpenText), a global leader in the Business Process Management, Enterprise and Business Architecture Software vertical. Before Metastorm, Andrew was Regional Sales Director for Dorado Corporation, a Software as a Service and Managed Services Provider of Mortgage Origination and Processing solutions. Before Dorado, Andrew had sales and solution development leadership roles with Grand Central Communications (acquired by Google), an On-Demand Web Services Integration Network, and Peregrine Systems’ (acquired by HP) Integration Platform Software Solutions Group.
